Digital Products — No Physical Shipping

Vexara Collections primarily offers digital products, including downloadable coloring books and printable files.

Because these products are delivered electronically, no physical products are shipped.

There are therefore no physical shipping fees, shipping carriers, or tracking numbers for digital orders.

Digital Delivery

After a successful purchase, your digital product will be delivered electronically through the digital delivery system used by the store.

Depending on the product and delivery system, your download may be available after checkout or delivered to the email address provided during your purchase.

Download Issues

If you have completed your purchase but cannot access your digital product:

1. Check your order confirmation.

2. Check your email inbox.

3. Check your spam or junk folder.

4. Confirm that you entered the correct email address.

5. Contact us if you still cannot access your purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve technical delivery problems.

Incorrect Email Address

Please make sure your email address is correct when placing an order.

If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order and determine whether the digital product can be delivered again.

International Customers

Because our products are delivered digitally, there is no international physical shipping.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device and software can open the purchased file format.

Physical Products

Unless specifically stated on a product page, Vexara Collections does not currently ship physical coloring books or other physical products.
